5* award-winning Swiss cruise company is looking for a laboratory staff to work on board its ocean cruise ships, sailing in USA and Europe. Due to COVID pandemic, cruise industry must adapt and create laboratories on board the ships to test its guests and crew members.

Job description, tasks

• Collecting, preparing and/or testing samples
• Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment.

• Fluent English mandatory
• Minimum 1 year recent experience/practice in the lab OR students after 3 years in relevant university studies (biomedicine, chemistry, biology, etc) with heavy emphasis on lab practical courses

• Professional experience in 5* award-winning cruise company
• Prior to starting on board there will be a proper training for facilities and equipment with a laboratory provider in Munich for 8 weeks
• The contract is minimum 6 months, generally 12 months.
• Paid flights to and from the ship
• Free shipwide Wi-Fi
• Free meals and accommodation on board, gym, rest area for crew, etc.
• Opportunity to travel the world while working
