- Plan all loads in KAHUNA or other relevant tool
- Load optimization
- Instruct forklifts in which order to collect the packages/elements and load the transport units and gives additional loading/unloading instructions
- Prepare and/or review transport documents (packing list, CRM, waybill)
- Support Delivery Planner in timely container, train, truck and liner vessels bookings and re-scheduling
Ootused kandidaadile
- Relevant education and/or a minimum 1 or 2 years of work experience in load planning or similar tasks
- Solid customer service attitude
- Ability to set priorities and perform well under pressure
- Good team player in an international environment, and able to build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders
- Flexibility, reliability, self-activity and willingness to learn new things
- Good communication skills
- English skills
