KYC Agent with Great Analytical Skills

We are an IT company specialized in cryptocurrency which participates in an international start-up project.

You will work for a cryptocurrency exchange platform.

You will deal with data management and the practical application of KYC and AML procedures, in particular: you will:

- Deal with on-boarding processes for new customers (with related data entry)

- Perform tasks related to the control, analysis and updating of recorded data about on-boarded customers and performed transactions

- Document and track all the results and outcomes of each KYC survey

- Identify potential problems and properly assess the level of risk

- Report specific cases to supervisors

- Carry out coordination activities with supervisors and consultants

- Reach customers via email / phone to get information and update archives

You will supervise the progress of the exchange platform.

- Work experience in the context of KYC, AML, customer on-boarding procedures

- Very good written and spoken English and great communication skills

- Understanding of the field of cryptocurrency

- Meticulousness and precision

- Ability to analyze numbers, data and income statements

- Determination and problem-solving aimed at completing the assigned tasks within a reasonable time

- Responsibility

- Confident use of the Google or MS Office Suite

- Autonomy and precision in following the indications of supervisors and consultants, proactivity in situations that go beyond the standards.
