We are searching for a talented and driven Quality Professional, who has experience in the electronics or manufacturing sector and can develop our quality procedures and processes.   Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001 in manufacturing environments is essential.

This person will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Responsibilities

• Analysing the delivered quality of automation systems to customers and implementing countermeasures where necessary.
• Analysing supplier inbound parts quality and developing improvement action plans from those suppliers.
• Recording quality performance and disseminating this data to our team.
• Ensuring the company develops and maintains its ISO quality accreditations.
• Supporting the achievement of annual quality KPI’s.

Requirements

• Highly skilled/experienced in:
• Quality Management Techniques.
• Ability to develop Inspection Standards.
• Managing annual ISO audit processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate and implement quality improvements.
• Estonian and English language skills. (Russian and German are desirable).
