• Registration, handling, review and analysis of quality claims from customers, preparation of conclusions and correspondence on the results of their review. 8D/4Q
• Developing corrective actions and monitoring their implementation
• Developing methods and instructions for ongoing quality control of manufactured products, testing finished products, and issuing quality proof documents
• Preparation of products for certification and validation, checking compliance with specifications and requirements
• Analysis of quality of products at various production stages, audits, reporting

• Vocational, BA or college degree (Technical education)
• Experience in quality or metalworking at least 2 years
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/3834-2 standards
• Good knowledge of English and Russian
• Experience of using measuring tools
• Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office, MiniTab, CAD tools
• Good communication skills, experience in teamwork, excellent problem solving skills
