High class ****star hotel with international work collective (i.e. one chef is from the USA and one from Germany) is looking for a Chef. Hotel is located in the heart of Tønsberg around 100 km south of Oslo next to the sea. Due to its location and beauty the hotel is full of tourists every summer season.
Position: Sous Chef, Head of shift
Work responsibility: shift manager, take care of orders, plan autumn and winter menu, head the kitchen.
Time of start: as soon as possible, offer is for 1 year.
Work time: 2 shifts: 9:00-16:00 and 16:00-22:30.
170 h per month, but more in season (July/August, November - 200h). Closed from 21th of December to 2nd of January.
