

Job Description
In this role, you will be customers' primary contact. In collaboration with skilled colleagues, you will help to ensure continued high loyalty and satisfaction with our customers in the Nordics, Baltics and other countries.
Your main tasks include:
- Processing incoming orders and keeping customers updated regarding their order status
- Creating purchase orders for external and internal suppliers
- Monitoring deliveries and invoicing
- Handling customer claims
- Telephone customer service
- Responding to a wide variety of enquiries
Requirements
As an ideal candidate for the position, you have experience with customer service, preferably in an international company. You are service-oriented with hands-on attitude and good collaboration skills. You are a team player who can work independently for the solution of your tasks. Attention to detail and responsibility come natural to you. It is important to have an understanding and talent for positive dialogue with customers.
You need to be fluent in English and in one of the following languages: Swedish, Finnish or German. A good command of Estonian is beneficial, other languages are an advantage. We expect you to be an experienced user of MS Office and ERP systems (experience with IFS and/or SAP is an advantage). It is beneficial to have knowledge of the electrical industry and to understand the flow of a trading company.
