Job Description

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans for retaining, expanding and
developing business of dedicated customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Ensure customer inquiries/orders/complaints are handled promptly and
in a satisfactory way
- Collect and communicate market intelligence/competitor activities
- Maintain and update customer information, follow-up customer feedback
- Visit customers and prospects frequently, target 4 days per week


Requirements

Technical degree or Engineering degree and background (preferably Marine orientated)
Superior selling skills and wide experience in Marine business
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Leadership skills
Good English required in verbal and writing
Good level of Estonian, Russian language knowledge
Finnish language skill is an advantage
Ability to plan one owns work schedule
Car driver license (B-category)
Willingness to travel
Previous similar job experience
