Key Account Manager

Job Description

Identifying opportunities within existing partners to increase sales;
Negotiating with key accounts to achieve the best outcome for all parties;
Managing & motivating the partners’ teams;
Planning and controlling the budget, sales, orders & stock levels
Sales Reports;
Market analyzing, looking for new possibilities for company development;
Control over TT sales;
Ensuring long-term and prosperous relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

Higher business education;
Fluency in Estonian, Russian, English;
Experience in sales;
Experience in Key Account Manager position;
Experience in marketing would be advantageous;
Focus on results, communicative, having good leadership and time planning skills;
An ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions;
Stress-resistance;
Highly target driven, self-motivated and an ability to manage workloads effectively;
Demonstrable experience negotiating, presenting and building strong relationships;
Experience within the confectionery industry would be advantageous;
Computer software programs eg Word, Excel, Power Point etc;
Driving License.
