Job Description

• Active promotion of brand in responsible region
• Implementation of company sales and marketing strategy in responsible region
• Leading the responsible sales agents team
• Managing the distribution and availability of the all products within the channel in order to ensure that sales is maximized in line with market strategies and need of the market (by key account)
• Establishing close working relationship with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty
• Being able to provide sales forecasting for all product categories
• Monitoring channel specific developments
• Providing the sales, distribution reports on performance and planning BTL activities in responsible channel


• University degree in economics, at least bachelor degree
• Previous successful experience of at least 3 years in a position of KAM, preferably within field of Consumer electronics and /or related retail chains
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proactivity, self motivation and high level of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Estonian, English and Russian ( at least on verbal level)
• Very Good computer skills
• Ability to go on business trips
• Previous experience in decision-making and leadership processes

Currently they are looking for Key Account Manager, who will develop and enhance the execution of responsible channels sales plan that meets budgeted and targeted sales and profit objectives trough the most effective utilization of commercial conditions and channel promotion in order to archive objectives and strategies for the channel.
