In your role you provide comprehensive support to the Estonian Market Manager in development, implementation, and evaluation of Key Account business plans including assortment and in-store objectives through the most effective utilization of budgets with support of Brand and Trade Marketing team members.

Key Account experience with a FMCG company, strong negotiation skills, and thorough knowledge of Estonian retail Key Accounts is required. We expect you to have a university degree or an equivalent appropriate degree and preferably some experience in fast moving consumer goods. You are also fluent in English, Russian, and Estonian. To succeed in British American Tobacco you must have an unprejudiced, dynamic and target oriented grip of work, you must be a good communicator and an efficient team member.
