Junior Technical Services Specialist

Genius Sports Services in Tallinn is looking for candidates for a Junior Technical Services Specialist position. Candidates must be able to effectively troubleshoot, analyze, prioritize and resolve issues related to hardware and/or software in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, all applicants must possess strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a strong work ethic.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware via a ticketing system, phone, email, and chat
- Help automate processes for the above
- Administer user accounts
- Perform software application installations and upgrades including patch management on Windows 10 and Windows Server machines
- Provide general Network and Printer troubleshooting
- Manage and track assets
- Set up new hire hardware, phones and software
- Procure IT related hardware for new hires and the local office
- Application support of Microsoft Office 365 products and other workplace products
- Assist remote users from around the globe
- Install and support hardware for the Genius Sports Group offices

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with :
- MS Office 365
- MS Active Directory
- Windows 10
- Windows Server
- WorkPlace Applications (Webex, GoToMeeting, Skype, Zoom, ect.)
- Ticketing systems
- Networking essentials
- Hardware – installation, upgrade, cabling, support
- Strong client-facing and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
