Junior Specialist to Swedbank P&C Insurance

• Take part in our exciting traineeship program Kick start your career;
• Support internal stakeholders, Query and fix complex data sets and improve monitoring of Swedbank P&C Insurance applications;
• Work alongside other agile engineers and developers working to make sure our Insurance applications are up and available;
• Troubleshoot and improve our user support capabilities for smooth operations;
• Collaborate with other team members to drive growth of capabilities in the Operations area; 
• Attend traineeship from beginning of March until end of the year/ full time.

• Teamwork, simplicity of communication and the ability to prioritize your work and execute on it are in your core values;

• You have experience in user support roles;
• Strong understanding and experience in SQL;
• Knowledge of monitoring solutions is a strong plus.
