Junior Specialist in Business Intelligence Area

• Grow your competence & learn best practices of different BI tools & capabilities;
• Analyze, design, develop, test & maintain stable and reliable fit-to-purpose BI solutions based on business needs;
• Identify and analyze internal customer needs to improve their analytical journey;
• Support, improve and innovate existing BI solutions portfolio;
• Educate, consult and support Swedbank employees in BI tools & capabilities;
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and key business users in cross-functional areas.
• Attend in one year full-time traineeship program and opportunity to get a full-time position after the internship

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies (preferable in Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or other related), or a great reason for not having one;
• Proactiveness, self-drive and open-mind;
• Constant learning & self-development attitude;
• A natural “can do” attitude and a high level of curiosity to find solutions
• Customer centric mindset & analytical thinking;
• Ability to interact in English, both in writing and speaking;
• Data visualization experience, analytics or Business Intelligence area and agile methodologies gives you an advantage.
