Your tasks

• Assisting project managers in the creation and management of localization projects from the initial phase to delivery
• Support of project managers in working with resources
• Putting together teams of linguists, developers and QA specialists based on project requirements
• Monitoring of projects to meet deadlines, quality, budget und technical requirements
• Assisting team members in the creation, preparation and maintenance of projects data and files

In-depth knowledge of CAT software, especially Memoq

In-depth knowledge localizing QA tools

In-depth knowledge of QA tools for software localizing

Ability to be open to new ideas, to help shape change constructively and to overcome unknown challenges

Open-mindedness towards new developments

Enthusiasm for innovation

Willingness to become familiar with new fields of activity

Excellent command of German (absolutely mandatory) and English

Other languages would be beneficial

Good communication skills would be beneficial

A keen and learning attitude

Ability to learn fast and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies

Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment and the ability to manage multiple projects and resources at the same time

At least 6 months experience in project management for software localizing

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team
