Junior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment specialist into our Estonian and Finnish People, Performance & Culture team.

Your number one priority will be to support recruitment in Estonia and in Finland. Your work station will be located in Tallinn and your daily work can contain for example:
• Trainee and Junior level end to end-recruitment
• Conducting database searches and making direct offers
• Screening and contacting candidates
• Participating in employer branding activities, for example student collaboration
• Creating people analytics in talent acquisition with the help of our recruitment tools
