Junior Operations Specialist

We are a Tallinn-based crypto/FinTech startup. We are offering services for buying and selling crypto for euro and other currencies.

We’re looking for a Junior Operations Specialist  to join us and take responsibility for smooth transaction processing and bringing solutions into the flow.

In a startup journey, you’re involved in company life and decision making, your voice will be heard.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of operations and assurance of system reliability
• Ongoing system improvement and bugs reporting
• Analysis of financial and support activities data
• Financial reporting process management, preparing weekly, monthly reports

• You are fluent in English
• You pay attention to detail and oriented to solve problems
• You are ready to learn and work hard to reach your goals
• You have passion for the crypto world and ready for new challenges
• Previous experience is not required
