# Role
The Assistant will support our team with miscellaneous tasks and help run our e-commerce stores. We are looking for a long-term partner for this position.
We are looking for someone who has some experience in digital marketing and has a good understanding of social media but is open to learning new and different ways of doing things. We take a creative approach to our marketing and sales.
We need someone who is tech-savvy, who can get into the weeds and deal with social media, write copy, handle email marketing campaigns, create landing pages in WordPress, understand how to create ads and funnels -- but also knows when to step back and look at the big picture strategically and delegate to others when necessary. We especially need someone who is an action taker and can implement a lot, very quickly. The code word is quick: implement, test, improve.
Our culture is super chill but constant communication is a must. Just make sure you get the job done and communicate to the team what you’re working on.
We anticipate this position will require around 15-20 hours/week during the first 2-4 months and would lead to a full-time job thereafter (35 hr/week).
Hourly rate is negotiable, but we anticipate this role being a high commission-based pay.
# Responsibilities
- Social media management (creating content, engaging with customers & replying to comments)
- Set up ad creatives in FB ads manager and similar platforms
- Reach out to people in the same niche and negotiate partnerships
- Follow-up with clients, partners, and contractors
- Update product pages and websites using a page builder
- Help manage our blogs (we have writers)
- Help create and maintain key processes & SOPs
- Help reply to comments and email from customers in Estonian/Russian
- Help the CEO & media buyers by getting tasks off of their plates
- Help with various other ecom-related tasks
# About us
We used to run a small e-commerce agency in Belgium and built a couple of 6 and 7-figure online stores. Our small but mighty team is now in the process of relocating to Estonia. We are working with three warehouses and are selling our products worldwide.
Our latest project is an online store selling premium chef’s knives and accessories focussing on the Baltics and a few other EU countries. This is most likely what you’ll start working on.
At the moment, we are working 100% remotely but expect to have our HQ office in Tallinn somewhere in the first half of 2022.
