JUNIOR COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (KYC/FINANCIAL PROMOTIONS)

Our KYC team (Know Your Customer) team stands for ensuring company compliance with applicable regulations regarding KYC and marketing. We advise, monitor and investigate. Checking client’s identity and being aware of different global KYC practices at the same time be the right hand for the best marketing specialist requires creative approach with the ability to see out of the box combined with sharp eyes and calm mind. Believe it or not but this is exactly who we are (at least we want to believe). What will be your main tasks • Conduct clients KYC checks on individual and business accounts and update KYC profiles • Continuously monitor best KYC practices to improve customer experience with our products and systems • Supporting colleagues on the KYC process related questions • Review financial promotions / marketing materials • Provide guidance and advice to your partners within the company to ensure that communication, financial promotion and our marketing materials are fair, clear and not misleading • Participate when required in projects to refine the process of review and approval of marketing material and the tools used for this purpose, with an eye on maintaining and improving its efficiency

• Very good verbal & written English
• Interest toward fintech regulations and KYC practices. Previous working experience in this field will be great advantage
• Good communications skills - a lot of good colleagues are waiting for your advice
