Currently we are looking for:

Regional Sales Manager - HOUSE

/Estonia & Finland/

 

Your key responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Managing stores within the assigned region (6 stores in Estonia and 2 in Finland);
  • Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team;
  • Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings;
  • Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region;
  • Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store teams;
  • Operating within budget constraints;
  • Implementing new projects;
  • Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
  • Reporting directly to Country Manager and Regional Sales Director.

Requirements

What we expect from You:

  • Experience on a similar position would be an asset;
  • Proven track record in previous employment;
  • Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips;     
  • Communicative English, Finnish language would be an asset;   
  • Driving license;            
  • Experience in people management and supervision;    
  • Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;  
  • Ability to work in team and independently;      
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure.
