Back - Office Support Specialists with Basic Danish Language Skills

Webhelp in cooperation with our client Ecoonline is currently looking to build up a Team of Back-Office Professionals to ensure the deliverance of best-in-class service towards the end-customer. Straight-forward tasks, requiring language at B1-B2 level, entering safety data sheet (SDS) information into EcoOnline database software.

Basic Danish language skills (A2 and up)
Good command of English (our common Webhelp language)
Absolute dedication to details as we're eventually dealing with people's safety
High self-motivation (in particular, when working from home), self-organization skills and ability to maintain focus when performing routine tasks
Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage, but is not a necessity
Basic computer skills and experience in working with mainstream office and database software is considered a plus.

Hourly salary 7,90 EUR
Performance bonuses ranging from €100 to 150 gross per month
