Job Description

You will be working for Network4cars Baltic branch ( Bizz Car rental OÜ ) in the small office in Tallinn. Your main task is to assist the Area Manager and the Director Network development with the daily tasks of increasing buying numbers and develop existing and new markets. After an onboarding period, where you will be trained by your colleagues from different departments, your daily routine will include the following responsibilities and tasks;

  • Gathering market information from all angles in the supply chain and write reports (Data entry, sales/trading figures, availability, new products, discount and network structures etc.).
  • Creating new and innovative local buying structures to secure a steady inflow of cars.
  • Analyzing and creating reports and suggesting improvement measures.
  • Creating presentatons for management and providing administration support to Management.
  • Utilizing our CRM-system Salesforce and keep it up to date for all existing and new to develop buying countries.
  • Maintaining the buyers standard operating procedure manual.
  • Training and supervising new buying team members on our CRM-system Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
  • Planning and creating together with management effective buying maximizing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a lead development pipeline via outbound-calling, e-mail, in-bound leads, as well as utilizing internet information sources.
  • New markets research and Junior buyer duties.
  • You are reaching out to official importers, car-dealerships, rental companies, leasing companies and automotive companies in different countries around the Globe.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.

Requirements

This is a high-energy position requiring an individual who is really motivated, enthusiastic and results driven. You love to work in an entrepreneurial environment, you are self-propelled and are commercial by nature. For us your personality is more important than experience. You may have some commercial experience in a different sector, or this might be you first job; as long as your character fits our company, we are willing to consider you for this position. In addition to this:

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You are fluent in English language in word and writing. You will communicate in English with your colleagues and suppliers. Additional languages are a clear advantage, Like Estonian, Russian, German.
  • You are computer/digital literate (we use Salesforce CRM however experience is not necessary, as we will train you).
  • You work and/or think on a bachelor’s level.
  • You are confident and determined, a fast learner and self-starting, you like to take initiative and you are result oriented. You have a real entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You have an energetic attitude and a convincing personality.
  • You have a commercial mind; you easily make contacts, and you are a strong communicator and negotiator.
  • You are detail oriented and precise.
  • You live in Tallinn Estonia.

We offer a competitive salary and modern terms of employment, including performance based- bonus/incentive scheme. The position is full-time (40h working week), however depending on the candidate we are willing to consider the possibility that you work one or two days from your home. Your workplace is in a modern small home office in Tallinn near Laagri in a natural environment, close to bus stops (train is 15 min walk).
