OPERATIONS MANAGER

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Communication with partners, suppliers, buyers
• Cooperation with carrier companies (autotranport and railways – draw up instructions to order plans, fill in RWBs and CMRs)
• Goods stock check at the warehouse
• Goods cost price calculation
• Goods quality control
• Goods supply schedule coordination
• Goods delivery control
• Documentary support of all purchase and sales operations (draw up and sign contracts, provide shipping documents, issue invoices)
• Prepare a set of documents to customs clear the goods, draw up all necessary documents related to the process
• Draw up in-house reports for Management
• Other ad hoc instructions by Management

• Language knowledge: English, Russian, Estonian. Knowledge of Lithuanian and Polish is appreciated
