Verification Team Lead

Here are some of the things you will be responsible for :

• Building the leading global identity verification solution
• Verifying people and documents in a matter of seconds
• Supporting a team of specialists
• Organizing and improving our internal and external documentation for the best self-service solutions
• Working closely with teams across the company to improve our products
• Identifying issues and implementing processes to help scale our operations
• Building and leading a team that is motivated to dream big and ready to take action to reach common goals

You are the person we're looking for if you are:

• Experienced in leading a customer-focused delivery team
• Able to plan and take detailed steps to execute a high-level vision
• Able to work with data and base your decisions on data analysis
• Passionate about helping people realize their full potential
• Experienced in working with legal and regulatory documents to be able to give input for product development
• Knowledgeable about the EU money laundering and terrorist financing prevention legislative framework to be able to consult Veriff clients how to best implement our ID solutions 
• Able to think on your feet and see three steps ahead
• Curious, empathetic, responsible, and creative
• Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
• Interested in helping businesses solve the complex problems of stopping fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing
