Customer service representative

The Fiber Foodservice business segment is one of three business segments within Huhtamaki's operations, offering high quality molded fiber and paperboard packaging for fresh food and drinks. 

This function supports our European business and the role is responsible for coordinating customer service-related activities within the business unit ensuring that all processes are in place and followed:

• The person will be responsible for the management of daily customer service activities
  • Receiving orders, order acknowledgement and inserting them in the system
  • Following stock levels together with the Senior Manager Supply operations
  • Maintaining open orders lists and communicating with customers
  • Providing delivery and stock information
  • Communicating with warehouse (main contact)
  • Planning and organising loadings to customers
  • Preparing necessary documents for orders
  • Supporting with sending samples
  • Supporting in reaching the sales targets each month

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in similar tasks, preferably in a global business environment
• Relevant commercial education
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems / software
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build networks and work flexibly in a multicultural environment

This role “Customer service representative” is a permanent fulltime role, reporting into the Senior Manager, Supply Operations. The role would be based in our Tallinn, Estonian office, but works internationally  in tight connection with our warehouse in The Netherlands.
