Job Description

  • Implementation of link-building strategies for project promotion
  • Work with SEO specialists and copywriters
  • Training of specialists and the development of their professional skills
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of plans and KPIs by the department and its employees
  • Checking and ensuring the quality of work of specialists
  • Motivating employees
  • Maintaining a database of platforms
  • Preparation and updating of manuals and operation procedures for specialists
  • Providing regular reports on your work

Requirements

  • Work experience in a similar position (at least 1 year)
  • Experience in team management, link builder training
  • Knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
  • Successful cases of building a powerful link profile for Western projects
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of SEO and the work of search engines
  • Being aware of all the innovations in link building
  • Knowledge of all the metrics and nuances relevant to the selection and analysis of sites for placing links
  • Extensive experience of working with Ahrefs, Majestic, SemRush, SimilarWeb
  • Consistency, logicality, and an analytical mind
  • Ability to analyze information and make independent decisions
