Email/digital marketing manager

The person we are looking for would join our core practice and help us continue to scale our performance marketing business in Europe. Our mission is and always will be to find the right customer for our clients. You’ll be working in a flexible, innovative and hands-on environment. As we are growing fast, you need to be goal orientated, driven with a strong business mindset, understanding that how and with what speed and accuracy the tasks are delivered, will increase your own opportunity for further growth. You’ll be able to see the performance and effects of your work immediately.

You would be our email/digital marketing manager and take ownership of our emailing campaigns in the Nordics and possibly other digital advertising segments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and maintain conversion oriented email templates and banners 
• Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalisation, and advanced features
• Craft automations and email campaigns 
• Work in a high-performance, paced and autonomous environment
• Collaborate closely with our experts and other specialists throughout the company 
• Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by you
• Other digital marketing activities that you are interested in, such as Social, Display, Affiliate and even SMS

• Handling user feedback, complaints and subscriptions etc.

Who You Are

• Team player, who can work independently
• Great communication skills 
• Flexible mindset and capable of immediately switching between tasks 
• You have strong analytical skills (campaign tracking, performance monitoring, reporting, analysis etc).
• Possible experience in verticals such as Loans, Travel, Retail etc.
• You preferably have previous experience in marketing with good results executing B2C campaigns including A/B testing, segmentations and campaign planning. 
• Basic HTML, SEO/SEM skills and Google analytics
• Full English language working proficiency, with preferably one or more Nordic language (FI, SE, NO, DK)
• Willing to work at our office and remote
• Willing to travel (if required)

Salary will be based on the experience, skill level and future growth potential of the applicant.
