Job Description

  • Develop collaboration between Hanza Mechanics Narva and Supplier, build relationship with a target to impact and improve purchasing performance;
  • Responsible for purchasing components in his/her responsibility area based on demand in ERP system or direct customer demand. Keep adequate inventory level, guarantee targeted delivery accuracy;
  • Responsible for choosing optimal logistic models according to targets and strategies set by Manager;
  • Handling of invoice differences.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Production or Planning;
  • Higher education;
  • Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Good computer skills, experience with ERP is a plus;
  • Good cooperation and communication skills;
  • Ability to express oneself in proper English and Estonian and to understand English/Estonian in business situations;
  • Good command in Russian language.
