Job Description

  • Actively collaborate with Management team to develop, execute and evaluate priorities in alignment with overall organization strategic goals
  • Be responsible for the hiring, development, performance management, employees satisfaction surveys, employee relations and HR policy/program administration of the team, enabling staff to deliver best-in-class service
  • Ensure timely release of payroll to all staff, including increments, reimbursements and ensure that all compensation-related regulatory norms are rigorously followed
  • Being part of Pan-Baltic HR team, contribute to the strategic HR goals and share best practices
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives, improving operational efficiencies of the teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to health check-ups, safety requirements and environmental policies and procedures, including development and training of staff in these areas

Requirements

You are our new team member if you have a remarkable experience from HR management areas. University degree or equivalent. Experience in a whole HR cycle, HR administration & payroll. Experience in implementation of new HR processes or systems would be a great advantage. Understanding of complex situations and processes, strong problem solving and organizational skills. You are empathic, with very good communications skills and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes. Fluent written and spoken Estonian, English and Russian language spoken skills.
