COUNTRY MANAGER

To ensure operational excellence of country organization. This includes client and employee satisfaction, implementing Group strategy and development plans, profitability and growth in Estonia. 

To reach the goals, you will be:

• taking care of revenue, cash flow, budgeting and reporting
• taking care of relationships with clients and partners
• co-operating with other Country Managers and HQ
• implementing the Group (and Baltics) processes and procedures
• service process optimization and automatization 
• ensuring the effectiveness and quality of daily production
• dealing with country-specific legal responsibilities

We expect you to speak very good English and native Estonian, be oriented to managing people and operations. You are a genuine people person and know how to motivate them.  You also have previous experience in a similar role and know what it takes to make a business grow. Knowledge in accounting and payroll are considered a big bonus. Having a Master`s degree in economics, business management or finance is preferred.
