Digital Marketing Project Manager

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Based on brand values & customer objectives – execute digital activities and detailed marketing projects to deliver revenue, profit and market share goals
• Develop and maintain budgets on a monthly basis; enrolling key internal, customer, and agency resources to ensure plans are set, executed, tracked/measured, and refined ongoing.
• Measure and report performance against settled goals (sales, ROI, ROMI, CAC and other digital KPIs)
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth tactics
• Collaborate with internal teams in accordance to optimize customer experience
• Collaborate with external agencies
• B2B, work with our external business partners (suppliers, 3rd part partners)

• Have 2-3+ years of experience with digital marketing and advertising execution
• Are curious of digital marketing trends and industry best practices and ability to adopt them or implement
• Have project management skills and attention to details
• Have verbal and written communication skills; ability to build presentations
• Understand digital marketing KPIs
• Have an experience working with media agencies
• Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, a self-starter attitude, capable of handling multiple priorities, have a sense of urgency
• Are creative thinking and problem-solving skills, a team player, enjoy being hands-on, and demonstrate ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Love to work with our external business partners and have skills of B2B
• Are fluent in English and Russian languages
