Lawyer

Position: Lawyer/Senior Lawyer

Legal support of the Group of companies, including:

• Dealing with customers’ complaints;

• Complaints procedures;

• Bank accounts opening as well as merchant accounts with international banks and international payment systems;

• Licenses issues (obtaining and support), activation and implementation in different areas (with psp, banks, publishers);

• Interaction with regulators of various countries;

• Corporate issues (registration/liquidation of legal entities), legal support of entities;

• Legal support of the work of psp, banks, website, everyday business activities;

• Work with UBOs;

• AML and KYC issues, drafting of risk management issues;

• Solving problems in the field of personal data, including issues of GDPR, international data transfer;

• Workflow with the documentation (translation, legalization, apostilization);

• Support of audit procedures, due diligence;

• Trademark support;

• Tax planning.

Required education: Masters in Law, five years experience in corporate law, knowledge in cryptocurrency field
