Windak is a leader in “State of the art” automated packaging machines for the International
Wire and Cable industry. We are now searching for a talented Aftersales Specialist, who can help
to meet the demands of a fast growing company and join our Service Unit based in Tallinn.
This person will report directly to the Service and Spare parts Manager.
Windak designs and manufactures high-quality automated packaging equipment for the cable
and wire industry. We have offices in four locations – Estonia (Head Quarters/R&D/Manufacturing
and Production), Austria, USA, and Australia (Sales/Services offices). Together, we have 80
employees with a turnover in excess of 15 million EUR.

*Organizing the sales and supply of spare parts and upgrade kits both internally and externally all over the world.
*Communication with internal and external customers.
*Collecting, analyzing and reporting spare part usage data.
*Managing the orders in ERP system, composing quotations and creating sales orders.
*Confirming customer orders, organizing transport, tracking the deliveries and composing transport documentation.
*Supporting Department Manager with ongoing projects.
Ootused kandidaadile
*Higher education.
*Good teamwork skills but can also work independently.
*Technical thinking and understanding with the capability to read technical drawings as a bonus skill.
*Business-driven and proactive working style and high service-level commitment are required.
*The ability to respond effectively to pressure and understand the sense of urgency.
*Good PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and business software.
*High level of proficiency in spoken and written English, good oral proficiency in Estonian and other foreign language skills are an advantage.
