Job Description

As a part of the support team you are responsible for providing customer service support to our international clients. You should provide the clients with answers and resolution to their problems/questions with the best quality. Task Description:

Provide customer service support via phone and email
Collection and handling of customer data
Analyze problems and research solutions
Providing best quality support to customers

Requirements

Curriculum & linguistic skills

At least secondary education
Excellent Italian and English verbal language skills

Technical skills:

Basic computer knowledge
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Interpersonal skills:

Strong customer service focus and communication skills
Willigness to work by schedules and deal with different customers
Strong interpersonal skills
Team spirited
Customer service experience
