IT Test specialist

- Testing functional and non-functional requirements of frontend or backend products (depending on individual role – see below)
- Designing and authoring test cases based on requirements
- Finding and reporting of bugs
- Working together with developers, product-, project managers, test lead and other testers on quality issues
- Participating in full agile scrum process as a scrum team member (planning, grooming, retrospective, daily standup)

- Each tester must be able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- Each tester must have at least 3 year of software testing experience (manual, regression testing and automation)
- Testers must have passed a training about how to report issues and how to use test management tools.
- Testers must be able to work in an agile scrum team
Beneficial skills:

- UI web product manual testing and automation skills (Selenium web driver, C#, JavaScript, Java, AppleScript, ) – 3 testers
- Backend product manual testing and automation (Python, PostgreSQL, PHP, C#) – 2 testers
