Key Responsibilities:
- Consult customers reg. management, monitoring and maintaining cloud-based systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical support for system-related issues and assist in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system infrastructure and performance.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Testing of our platform.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in system administration or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of networking concepts, virtualization
- Proficiency in managing Linux and Windows server environments.
- KVM
- S3 – object storage
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or local providers.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Language: English, Polish or other language is an advantage.
