IT supporter

The main responsobility of this position is working with 1st level end-user support: Service Desk functions, software and hardware installations, remote and on-site support and end-user guidance. The service is covering all countries in the Nordic & Baltic region but with a main focus on Estonia.

We expect IT education and IT related work experience, fluent in English and Estonian (additional Nordic or Baltic language is considered as a benefit), ability to work independently and self-driven, technical IT troubleshooting skills, structures and rigorous, customer focused, team working, ability to move around within the country, can do - attitude.
