IT supporter

SGTS Nordic & Baltic is looking for an IT Supporter for our User and Support team located in Tallinn, Estonia. The main responsibility on this position is serving the end-users with IT support as the Single-Point-Of-Contact (SPOC) to SGTS NB. The work is initiated by service requests and/or incidents that are tracked in the ticketing tool. The service is covering all countries in the region.

We expect:
- IT technician education in Information Technology or related field
- Fluent in English and Estonian
- Ability to work independently and self-driven
- Technical troubleshooting skills (PC)
- Structured and rigorous
