Job Description

For one of our biggest client based in Brno, Czech Republic that started a brand new project we are seeking 100 motivated candidates with fluent French , German, Dutch or Swedish interested in providing premium support to their clients based in France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Provide technical support and customer service to customers and educate them on how to use best products and services
Constantly keep up to date with new products and services and share your knowledge with the rest of the team
Log calls from customers onto the System and ensure SLA’s and KPI’s set by management are respected
Identify gaps in the process and propose improvements plans to management
Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners

Requirements

* Fluency in German, French, Dutch or Swedish and English (B2 level as a minimum for all languages)
* Good IT knowledge and desire to learn everything needed to know about our client’s products and services
* To be ready to relocate to Brno in Czech republic within a month or two months’ time
* Seriousness, flexibility(5/7d environment with working hours comprised between 8am and 8pm), and adaptation skills
* 6 months of experience as minimum or excellent language skills for junior candidates
