About the job
* Your everyday work is to solve and troubleshoot user request, that need support 2nd level attention.
* You will be working the life-cycle of a help desk incident.
* You install, maintain, configure, and customize operating systems and related applications or third-party software.
* You maintain Office 365, Atlassian, ServiceNow etc. applications.
* You monitor different IT systems and coordinate errors/shortcomings resolution.
* You analyze and report of errors/shortcomings in information systems.
Our expectations for you
* You are ready to face technical challenges and actively contribute whit 1-level support team and rest of IT.
* You have experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Atlassian platform.
* You have experience with Microsoft, Mac, Linux and Android operating systems.
* You can listen people and ask the right questions.
* You have habit to document technical setups/configurations to knowledge base.
* You can stay calm in a tense situation and set priorities.
* You have good level of Estonian and English language skills in speech and writing.
