IT Service and Support Specialist

Job Description

• Providing qualified IT support to users on tech-nical or software issues
• Level 2 problem solving within competence
• IT problem and query solution management, order execution
• Preparation, configuration and installation of new workplaces
• Creating system access permissions
• Increasing the effectiveness of the Help Center, expanding the knowledge base
• Continuous monitoring and control of IT systems

Requirements

• Higher Education
• Experience in the IT Service Desk
• Communication skills, ability to solve problems quickly, resistance to stress
• Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English, Russian language knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of Windows and iOS platforms
• ITIL certificate is an advantage
• Knowledge of retail processes and technologies is an advantage
• Positive communication with users
• Driving license
• Willingness to go for a training to Lithuania for up to 3 months
