Job Description

  • Leading the implementation of cutting-edge industry SaaS solution to the company – the first big project is e-commerce PPC Advertising automation.
  • Both in-house and via SaaS – lead automation of other parts of the e-commerce business (Data storage and Exchange, PIM solutions, ERP, analytics, sales and marketing, accountancy, logistics…).
  • Leading R&D automation and software development department, which is aimed to create SaaS to sell.
  • Work with Data – help to create and audit metrics and KPI’s, audit current metric-based approaches, get some insights from data, automate data-driven tasks.


  • Proven work experience in IT business analysis \ IT project management \ business automation.
- Knowledge of SaaS or other IT tools' end-to-end implementation.
- Experience with in-house end-to-end development.

  • Hard skills:
- Hands-on Project Management and Task Management software (such as Jira and Confluence or any other).
- Familiar with business processes and scope documentation.
- Data Science basics – confident in data manipulation and analysis. Automation of routine tasks.
- Industry standards usage experience such as API, EDI, XML, SQL …

  • Soft skills
- Ability to clearly express your thoughts.
- Passion for professional development.
- Ability to understand your limitations and when it is time to ask questions if stuck. Ability to admit a mistake.
