Job Description

Main responsibilities are:

• to plan and to carry out IT development projects;
  
• to organize and to manage project team;
  
• to communicate with third parties;
  
• to arrange steering of development projects and to report about the results to development manager;
  
• to organize testing and implementation of development projects.

Requirements

You are welcome to apply if you:

• are open in communication, goal-oriented and enthusiastic;
  
• have solid project management experience in software development area;
  
• have higher education or in progress (preferably in IT field);
  
• are able to manage team from a distance;
  
• are able to travel (mostly within Baltics);
  
• have fluent oral and written English;
  
• experience in software analysis & design is an advantage
  
• have high stress tolerance
