Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in our dynamic environment. As the IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in gathering and aligning requirements across various units and owners, overseeing requirement analysis, and coordinating implementation across our IT infrastructure and application landscape. You will also coordinate project related activities across IT security, infrastructure, business applications teams, and external suppliers.
What you’ll do:
- Project Planning and Execution: Effectively manage and oversee projects, including scope, time, budget, risks, and resource planning.
- Guidance: Lead the project team, ensuring clarity on goals, status, and next steps across teams.
- Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and address project risks and dependencies, developing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruptions to timelines and outcomes.
Requirements
- IT Project Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, who successfully implemented software development or IT infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with agile and classic software development cycles.
- Have understanding of project resource management and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Able to lead and manage projects across various departments.
- Fluent in English.
- Have basic understanding of:IT Applications (Applications development, integrations).IT Infrastructure (IT communication network, IT assets).IT Security controls (FW, NDR, SIEM, PAM).IT Security management (ISO27001 or related standard).IT process management (ITIL).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and understanding of PM tools like Jira, Confluence.
- PM and/or security-related certifications like PMP, ITIL, Prince2, or similar.
- Technical hands-on background.
