IT Coordinator

• Provide technical support or training of systems and applications
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Act as a link between end-users and higher-level support
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software
• Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
• Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers

• Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Proven work experience as an IT team member
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Understanding of networking protocols configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• Fluent written and spoken Estonian and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
