IT Consulting Specialist

Responsible for the analysis / concept development of customer projects in the IT area, as well as the successful coordination of the implementation;
Recording and understanding of customer requirements in day-to-day and project business incl. development of concepts for solving customer-specific challenges;
Advice on functionality and licensing of the offered IT products and associated interfaces;
Creation of customer-specific and general demo scenarios and targeted live presentation of the scenarios at the customer and at events;
Support of the account manager in the offer preparation;
Implementation of training measures and workshops in the customer environment.

Higher education in IT or engineering;
Extensive knowledge in the IT / DMS area;
Very good knowledge of process flows in the commercial sector are desirable;
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the consulting area of the IT environment;
Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., SQL) is beneficial;
Economic, sales and customer-oriented thinking and acting;
Convincing appearance and safe in presentations;
Teamwork and assertiveness;
Good knowledge of English and Estonian;
Willingness to travel, driver's license.
