Job Description
Purpose of the position:
Preparing and keeping vision about functional and technical architecture across different competencies/platforms in department. Defining application tiers, frameworks, components types and interfaces; creating related models and roadmaps. Taking part of architecture community across organization.
The main responsibilities:
• ensure that Swedbank’s architectural guidelines are followed in department through assessment and validation of solutions (incl, by third parties);
• creating technology roadmaps and making assertions about technology directions and determining their consequences for the technical strategy and hence architectural approach;
• providing tactical plan to execute technical strategy (both functional and technical view);
• provides high level design solutions for Delivery Department;
• work together with Business architect/analyst;
• assure that life-cycle perspective is taken into account and followed in developing and maintaining applications in department;
• point of contact for other units to ensure presence of their architectural matters;
• investigate new technology for proposal to use in Group IT.

Requirements
• higher education in information technology;
• at least 5 years of experience in the field (system analysis and programming, specific technological platforms);
• excellent communication skills in written and in oral;
• excellent English language skills in oral and written;
• excellent analysis capability.

Additional information
Work location will be Tallinn, Estonia. You should be able to travel between Baltic countries and Sweden.
