Currently looking  for a ISM/ISPS MANAGER

The Vessel Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient and environmentally conscious operation of the vessels assigned and maintaining and improving company safety management system. 

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising operations and monitoring vessel condition and ship’s staff for compliance with management policies, international, and local Maritime regulations.
• Managing safety inspections, surveys, and internal and external audits for the vessels assigned.
• Conducting personnel / crew training.

• Prior experience in ISM and ISPS as a qualified Master or Officer
• Alternatively, prior experience as an ISM/ISPS Vessel Manager in a similar position.
• Excellent written, verbal skills in English and Russian.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
