Job Description

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential challenges in international markets. Evaluate the competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans for international markets.
  • Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements, distribution contracts, and other international business deals. Ensure that all contracts comply with local and international regulations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value to international customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages may be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
