Job Description

Farnell is looking for a self motivated sales administrator, fluent in Estonian to provide high quality customer service to our Eastern Europe & Rest of World customers.

Requirements

Accountabilities
Receiving and responding to incoming calls, emails, faxes and Web
Effective use of sales order and CRM systems
Ensuring high level of order entry accuracy
Maintaining a well organised workload and documentary audit trail
Meeting demanding deadlines and service cut offs
Responding to customer enquiries and concerns
Problem resolution for customers
Liaison with internal suppliers (Technical, warehouse, purchase)
Constructing professional quotation providing support to subject specialists where required
Developing good working relationships with all stakeholders (KAMS, Co-ordinators,Telesales)
Working to drive all customers to Web where ever possible
Ensure that all opportunity to convert prospects to customers are maximised and that the correct “ Customer welcome” process is followed to ensure we maintain a high first order ratio
